Volcano Arenal Edition — Costa Rica

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Health & Fitness Responsibility – I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from participating in yoga, fitness, or retreat activities.
2. Assumption of Risk – I understand that activities such as rafting, hiking, and yoga involve inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, accident, or property damage.
3. Release of Liability – I release Costa Rica Retreat by Rubiano Fitness, RubianoFitness, and David Rubiano from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the retreat.
4. Travel Insurance – I understand that travel insurance is required and is my responsibility to purchase prior to travel.
5. Photography Release – I grant permission for photos/videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes by Costa Rica Retreat by Rubiano Fitness.
6. Code of Conduct – I agree to conduct myself respectfully towards fellow participants, staff, and local communities.

This waiver and retreat agreement is a legally binding document. By signing, you acknowledge full understanding and acceptance of the terms.
